Return & Exchange Policy

We offer free 7-day return for online purchases, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@firdows-couture.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2010 El Camino Real #746, Santa Clara California 95050, United States. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receipt.

Damages and issues

All items are inspected thoroughly before shipping, but in case of damage, we will offer a replacement shipment, subject to review. Please inspect your order upon reception and e-mail us within 72 hours of delivery at support@firdows-couture.com with order number, a detailed description and pictures of the damage, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please be aware that minor imperfections, such as loose threads, are not eligible for refunds or coverage under our damaged items policy. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@firdows-couture.com.

In Person Sales

For in-person sales, customer must contact support within 3 days of purchase and is responsible for returning via shipping or in-person at the address below. The item must be shipped or dropped off at the return address within 7 days to be eligible for a refund.
